St. George Island
St. George Island is where the majority of our retreats will be held. Including, SUP & Yoga retreats, writers retreats, artists retreats, cooking retreats, and more. The villa is within a private neighborhood, with an airport, boat launch, gym, pool, banquet hall, tennis and basketball courts.The house is ocean front with a scenic boardwalk the takes you down to the beach. The very beach that we will host these retreats on was once inhabited, for over 5,000 years, by the Creek (Muscogee) people, who came and utilized the island for its abundance of seafood.
Jacksonville, FL
In Jacksonville, the home of three water ways (Atlantic Ocean, Intercostal, and St. Johns river), we are partnered with North Guana Outpost. Hosting SUP 101 and SUP Yoga teacher trainings. Allowing you an immediate connection for teaching opportunities. You can also find pop up events like Paint & Paddle, Picnic & Paddle, and Sound Bath Meditation on SUP. NGO also offers SUP 101 & SUP Yoga classes to the general public.
Columbus, GA
In Columbus, we are partnered with Whitewater Express. Located on the Chattahoochee River, named by the Creek (Muscogee), translating to Painted rock. Offering standup paddle boarding classes such as SUP 101, Sunset Paddles, SUP Yoga, SUP Pilates, Full Moon Paddles, Paint & Paddle, and POP up paddles at Lake Oliver and Lake Martin.
